All CVs received are going to be checked by Recruitment Department, and if they are considered in a line with selection criterias of 4ward, they will be inserted in our database. Facing each research our Data Base is a source from which we are getting primarily profiles to be called for the first interview with a person responsible for selection. The process also includes assessment, tests and interviews with managers of the reference function.
The selections for an internship in 4ward are always opened: an internship is addressed to recent school and university graduates and undergraduates, has operational objectives and the intern is always assigned to a particular initiative or a project to be realized during the internship, which can have a variable duration depending on the assigned project but not more than six months.
During the insertion a person is involved not only in the working process but also in the classroom training. The training aims to develop primary and concrete knowledge over some proper concepts and criterias of 4ward. Beyond this general training there are other opportunities for training depending on the function and area in which the person is inserted.
