The new division 4Mobile comes from the experience gained on the project 4Cloud.
This new business unit is specialized in creating iPhone OS, Android and WP7 mobile applications that can be connected to the cloud to handle large amounts of data and receive services from the nearest cloud point: Europe, America, Asia in a simple and transparent manner.
The first product made uses the framework 4Cloud to offer mobile services for conferences, events and exhibitions. The data of the app can be found on Azure, which allows to activate the service only during exhibition, and a service can be scaled dynamically based on the number of accesses or data to be managed. You only pay for actual usage of the service.
The exhibition organizers have possibilities to:
- manage the data of the exhibitions (locations, geo-location maps, dates, logo, indications)
- manage the list of exhibitors and give them access to data
- manage conferences and events with description, location, date, attachments
- create a mobile app for the major platforms with available data on the cloud
The exhibitors can:
- enter their personal details, logo, description, contact information
- include the list of their products with images and data
- be identified on a map of the fair directly from the phone
- see the reviews of their products made by visitors
The visitors can use their own smartphones to move easily within the exhibition and:
- keep track of favorite exhibitors
- make a review of exposed products with the opportunity to share it on Twitter andFacebook
- contact exhibitors directly using the contact details within the app
- send their data to the exhibitors by using app without an obligation to fill in paper forms
